I often find myself getting into bed early with every intention of falling asleep, but many times this proves to be no easy feat, as thoughts of what still needs to be done, things I could have done differently, and a seemingly constant stream of uncertainties about the future run through my head. Whether your head’s buzzing with excitement, worrying about loved ones, wondering what more you could have done at work, or just too energized from that extra cup of coffee you consumed in the morning, I’ve found a solution and it's Jewel’s latest CD, “Lullaby.”
This collection of fifteen songs, ten self-penned and five standards, can be played for children, but is also intended for adults. Go back in time to when you where tucked in as a child.
Remember that peaceful feeling of being warm and snug in your bed, that innocent optimism you felt about the future, and being told you were extraordinary and loved? Whether you’re two months old or eighty years old, we all deserve to be tucked in at night. Lovely feelings envelop me when I listen to Jewel’s soothing and angelic voice. Without fail, this collection of songs is always able to lull me into a gentle night’s slumber.

I can relate to having lots of thoughts in my head as I try to go to sleep. Great suggestion to listen to an album of lullabuys. I had no idea that Jewel released such an album! "Raven" sounds beautiful and already is making me feel relaxed. Lovely painting at the top, too.
Try listening to her songs one night. It truly works wonders!
